GETTING THE BODY OUT OF DISTRESS - KUNDALINI YOGA

Let us persevere in being healthy. This kriya releases, circulates and distributes the body's energies, keeping the body from malfunctioning. It moves the energy systematically. We will lead with Lion's breath for detoxification and end with PURIFYING THE LUNGS. This latter one is a meditative pranayama (breath exercise) that does major work on the lungs. I will have much to say about that in class. Needless to say, it is apropos for the times.
Arriving to class a little early is helpful.
